Little Rock, AR Office |
|
In December 1990, growth in the Arkansas market fueled the expansion of a Little Rock, AR branch office to serve customers in Arkansas, western Tennessee (to the Tenn. River) and northern Mississippi (down to the Greenville/Columbus areas). On November 1, 2005 we moved into our new expanded offices at 5921 H Street with stockroom & conference center.
In October 1999, the Dallas, TX branch was opened to serve the northeast part of Texas. In October 2006, we decided to reallocate our resources by closing the Dallas office and focus on the Memphis, Tennessee area where we have a greater product mix to offer our customers.
We are always on the lookout to find unique products of interest to our customers to help meet their needs. Sometimes these items are not exclusive to Seltech, but we have worked out an arrangement to supply and support their products.
|
Sales Philosophy Seltech's Sales engineers are factory trained to consult with customers and to assist in product specification, purchase, installation, startup, and training of plant personnel. We have several Mechanical Engineers on staff and our time for sales and service assistance is typically included in the competitive cost of our equipment. Our goal is to become a vital business partner in our customer's daily operations and to provide "solutions" to their problems. We believe that Service and Dependability along with Quality equipment are the keys to our future success and growth. Our offices are set up for a 7 day/24 hour response to a customer's need for assistance.
