AURA Gas Controlsis our newest product line of precision Pressure Regulators. The precision comes into play by the metal-to-metal seals made during the machine manufacturing and by using an exclusive "encapsulated cartridge" with 10 micron filter. There are thus only six parts to this entire regulator!
The cartridge could be replaced in the field if desired without removing the regulator from the piping.
Products include single & dual stage units, with pressure, back pressure & vacuum regulators as desired. There is also a vaporizing regulator for converting liquids to a gas for measurement. The Switchover System will precisely monitor one gas cylinder pressure delivery and then automatically "switch over" to the standby cylinder when the time comes, thereby insuring 100% continuous service without interruption and using as much of the expensive Cal Gas as possible in the bottle.
All regulators are assembled in a Clean Room environment with Oxygen cleaning, and then 100% tested with Helium prior to shipment. All regulators are provided with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Series 100 MFC

Designed for both OEM customers and end-users, SmartTrak offers accurate, reliable performance, an easy-to-use interface, rugged stainless steel construction, and maximum flexibility. Unlike most analog Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) that are built to order for specific gases and flow ranges, SmartTrak lets you select from up to 10 gases and adjust operating parameters to accommodate unexpected application or system design changes. The instrument is also available as a mass flow meter and now in several sizes & configurations for flow rates from 0-10 SCCM to 0-1000 SLPM.
BADGER (Data Industrial) Sensors
SDI insert style flow sensors are intended for general flow measurement applications such as in HVAC, potable water, and irrigation use since they can handle small amounts of particulate in the line like sand. They are available in either brass or stainless steel construction. The insert style sensors are intended for direct installation into pipelines through a 1" tap.
Two models are available, to be powered either via 24VDC, Loop-Power having a 4-20mA output signal or
by an internal Lithium Battery (5 year life) for remote locations like irrigation farms that just want a digital display for Rate & Total, which toggles.
For the Direct Insertion, the pipeline must be out of service and not under pressure at the time of installation.
For a pressurized pipe in service at the time of installation, Badger recommends the use of our SDI "Hot Tap" models that are equipped with an isolation ball valve for insertion/removal.
Standard sensor stem lengths accommodate pipe sizes from 1½" through 48" in diameter.
Accuracies of +/-1 % of Rate are typical.
